I have a very big hand loomed Turkish rug that I got from my parents. My parents did not do anything to care for it: dog pee, muddy boots they basically destroyed it. I tried to clean it with a diy rug cleaning vacuum, and it only got worse. I thought this thing is garbage and replacing it is going to cost a few grand. I figured let's give a pro cleaning a shot. Jonquil said we can do it a few days later they called and said they did it. I came in to get it and I just didn't feel it was right. Now I'm like damn this is really going to have to be replaced. But I told them it still smelled and they said understood we WILL make it smell clean. A few days later they said it has been zapped and attacked and we think it's clean. I put the carpet in my living room where I am currently writing this review and I cannot smell it at all. I've since given them another dirty old rug to clean - they've made me a regular at this point and I would send anyone I know to get their rug done by them. Pro cleaning > throw away and replace. It was about a 6ft x 10ft wool Moroccan rug where there were bleed spots from red die, discoloration, and weakened fibers. We have a large rug that has viscous in it. Last year we took it to a different carpet cleaner who told us how difficult viscous is to clean but reassured us they were pretty confident they could get it clean. I have a 15 year old dog and two 8 month old puppies. Although my home is primarily hardwoods, I had two throw rugs that either needed cleaning or replacement. After I noticed a urine smell after the puppies came in from the rain, I sent a request to Jonquil asking for a quote around 1AM and got a response the same day at the beginning of business hours. Mitch with Jonquil was able to come out to look at my carpets that afternoon. He walked through my options with me including getting a better fitting rug pad. Mitch was able to take my carpets away for cleaning same day and gave me an estimate of about 7 days to return them. Four days later I had my rugs back. Jonquil also helped me move my furniture around for rug removal and replacement once cleaned, a service that other companies sometimes don't do or charge a lot for. This is the first time I used Jonquil Rug and Carpet cleaning. I was looking to clean the carpets for 3 rooms, one 8x10 area rug and a sectional sofa. The area rug was made of combination of wool/viscose. I know viscose is a difficult material to clean and I was looking for a company who has experience in cleaning this type of rug. I was surprised that Clint tested it and found out they were made of natural fiber. We had 4 area rugs that needed cleaning due to our pups old age "accidents". We were able to get an immediate quote when calling - which in and of itself is unheard of! Once again, Jonquil did an awesome job for us. They cleaned our carpets, area rugs, upholstery and outdoor cushions, all of which were stained and in bad need of cleaning, and they made all look like new! They are a little expensive, but worth every penny; as their work sets them apart from the rest. I have a wool area rug under a dining table that gets constant use. Over the 15 years I've had the rug it has gotten several small stains from drips and spills. I dropped off the rug last week (Jonquil will pick up and deliver but I received a discount for dropping off myself). I got the rug back today and it looks brand new! Every stain is gone and the rug is no longer matted and tired looking. I love the rug and am happy it has gotten a facelift! Less

She was extremely helpful, thorough, and honest. The price of the quote was beyond reasonable and convinced me to pack the rug up that evening. I brought our rug to their shop the next day to meet with Mitch & Cheri. They assured me they would get the rug clean. We learned our rug was a viscose rug which is known to be extremely difficult to clean. Less than a week later, our rug was ready to be picked up. It looked brand new and we couldn’t be happier! We truly considered getting rid of this rug due to the stains and wear and tear and now we get to fall in love all over again. I highly recommend this company! Loved the works Cheri and Mitch did. The rug we had was 2nd hand and it shedded all the time and had stains on it. Since they cleaned it, it doesn’t shed and all the stains are gone. I was caught in a rain storm in my 2018 Jeep Wrangler. The top was off and the inside of the jeep was drenched. I called Mitch and he immediately responded when I at 830pm on a Friday night. He met me at his offices that evening, vacuumed all the water from my Jeeps upholstery and then kept it overnight in his temperature controlled room with humidifiers.
