He also found that Capital One listed a late payment back when covid fist started to outbreak, at that time I had previously called and figured out a payment plan due to being unemployed as a server. I was a bit shocked to see that they reported it as a late payment, however Julius was able to handle that mix up in a timely manner for me. Once he was able to get those cleared up, he went out of his way to mention some credit utilization that really helped towards getting my new car. His flexibility, patience, and updates were outstanding considering I’m constantly traveling back and fourth from Iowa to FL.
