I love CF 259! There’s so many options and things outside of workouts. The class schedules are flexible. The coaches are informative, helpful and nice. If your intimidated my CrossFit (like I was), don’t be! Everyone workouts out on different levels. There’s also a Bootcamp offered as well.

So glad this was my first ever gym/boot camp. The coaches are great honest and help you with every step. They don't want you to be in pain buy, they do push you to the potential you didn't know you had. They are so right when they say it's in your mind your body can do more just make that first move.

The following day I jacked up my car and check the control arm come to find out they where solid and stiff as they should. But what I did find is that my tire had a bubble and was showing wire all the way around on the edge. They supposedly check out the car to make sure it was good but yet they failed to notify me regarding my tires condition ! I’m glad that nothing happen to me as I had driven on the freeway that same day ! They tried to swindle me into spending $1,000 plus for parts that were not needed and neglected to inform bout my tire. So much for trusting a known business. Extremely upset and angry. I would highly advise anyone to get a second opinion else where and save your self from their SHADY PRACTICES !! Less

I contacted CrossFit 259 through Instagram. They were able to fit me into a class that day. Instruction was very good. The group at class was very friendly and accommodating!

Awesome box. I dropped into the 5 am class. The coach and members were very welcoming. All of the equipment was clean, well maintained, and organized. I will definitely drop in again if my travels take me back to Longview.

I dropped in two times. CF259 has super talented coaches and it was a very comfortable and welcoming experience away from my home gym.

The absolute best fitness instructors. They also have classes for kids and grandparents, as well as nutritiin coaching.

I love the Crossfit family! We stopped in for a workout while passing through town, and everyone was so welcoming. The gym is well equipped for every type of workout. My husband and I had such a great experience, we are hoping to make it back to visit again.

The coaching and programming at CF 259 is second to none. I travel across the U.S. and have had a chance to drop in at several CF Boxes and without question CF 259 is a top notch Box. Jill is great at getting you informed, signed up and finding out what you want to gain from joining this box then getting you started in that direction. The owner Lonnie is a great motivator and runs a first class gym. She started me out with the basic fundamentals and she will make sure you know the right way to do the lifts and not doing something to injure yourself! I have gone to 3 diff coaches including Daniel, Serena and Morgan and they are all awesome. Super good at helping you learn correct form and encouraging you to do your best. My favorite is the 6:00 am with Morgan but like I said they are all awesome and I’m looking forward to doing the 5:00 class with Doug! Not looking forward to getting up that early though! But I’m finding out starting the day out with this stuff really helps my overall well being! I want to also say to those who think CrossFit is too expensive nothing could be farther from the truth. You are getting a minimum of 3 workouts a week depending on what you sign up for. These workouts are with a certified coach and are a full hour long. You are getting to workout in a group setting that helps you to push yourself harder than when your by yourself. The coaches are staying on top of everything and will let you know as soon as they see something you need to work on or change. You will also have more experienced people in the class who help you as well. The gym is fully equipped with everything you can think of and more. You will probably end up paying at least twice as much to hire a trainer to workout with 3 times a week for a full hour. So I’m my opinion it is a great deal! I recommend anyone looking to change their life in a positive way to give this place a try! Less

I love this place. We found CrossFit 259 when we moved here from Mexico, my wife was looking for a place she could meet new people, workout and practice her English. Found CrossFit 259, and she loves it. Got me into one of their boot camps, and got me hooked also. Great family atmosphere. Highly recommended, I would do 20 stars if I could.
