This is a really well put together office with great amenities and a fantastic office staff. However, I feel like this dental office failed me on a fundamental level of providing quality care. I have been with this office since 2019-20 and have had several crowns and regular cleanings and check ups here. On multiple occasions over the years I've complained of bleeding gums and food getting stuck between my back teeth where they installed a crown. On all occasions I was told nothing is wrong, gum looks healthy and just to floss more frequently. A few weeks ago my gums swelled up and a pus filled boil appeared over the teeth in question. I visited another dental office with same day availability. Within 15 minutes, they informed me that there was decay under the crown and the teeth needed to be extracted and replaced with an implant or bridge. They referred me to a specialist to confirm, and their findings were consistent. All parties were shocked no one had discovered this earlier as it was extremely obvious on the X-Ray (black hole where teeth should be under the crown at the bone level). Now I have to pull out one of my molars, and spend 5-10k on an implant, and no one at this office had a clue! In hindsight, although everyone was pleasant and professional to work with, I have no idea how this major of an oversight was made. I cannot in good conscience recommend this office to anyone based on my experience. Less

I just witnessed an interaction with the staff and 2 young twin boys and they made the boys comfortable and an enjoyable experience. The one staff member crouched down to their size to speak to them. I had my first appointment at Riverfront Dental today. Right when I walked in, I was greeted by a very nice and welcoming receptionist. She listened to all of my concerns and provided me with several different options on ways in which I can move forward with my dental plans. When I went to leave, the receptionist went over my future appointments and wrote them down for me. She also educated me how the process works with both my insurance and my husband's insurance. The Staff is very welcoming and they always elate your spirit with friendly conversations. The parking in the complex is gated with a token for exit (provided by clinic).

The office is spotless, offers direct insurance billing, has t.v.s on the ceiling (I watched Netflix while my teeth were being cleaned), and the chairs have a light uperback massage feature. I have been to several dentists and none compare to the treatment I received here. You can tell how cohesively they all work together and how passionate they are about what they do. Riverfront Dental is by far, the best Dental office I've ever been to! Their office is ultra modern, with massage chairs,free juices and coffee, tv to watch while they treat you and free parking too. Also the hygienist and dentist both were the most gentle I've ever experienced. I've told all my friends and wouldn't go anywhere else. John.

Dr. Kim and her staff are amazing. I hate going to the dentist, however the whole treated me with great care. My hygienist, Kariann, took her time and was patient with me throughout my cleaning. Best of all, you have Netflix to keep you calm. Finally, there is Lynette, who helped with my insurance claim submission. Overall, it was the best dentist visit I’ve ever had.

Dr. Kim Beaucage is the best dentist I have come across. She was very caring, gentle and comforting during my filling. The clinic was very clean and classy and the staff were very friendly. I would highly recommend this clinic and would like to add that I have never had another dentist followup with a phonecall to ensure I was doing okay. Very impressed.
