I had an amazing first visit at Riverfront Dental. I arrived early for my appointment- and they were able to take me early and get started on x-rays. When I mentioned I was looking for a new night guard, they immediately called my insurance to confirm coverage and then scanned my teeth to get my guard ordered. This was all done in addition to appointment that I was originally scheduled for. They were careful with my cleaning to avoid sensitive spots and the facility was bright and clean. Highly recommend! I was looking for a new dentist in Cambridge since I moved here and they had a pretty quick appointment available. Everyone was very friendly and professional. My hygienist Nancy was great and I had no pain during cleaning. The chairs give a light massage and a tv in the ceiling for entertainment while getting a cleaning. Amazing, friendly, understanding (when rescheduling or cancelling), welcoming, humorous, you leave feeling like you went to a spa. Massage chairs, TVs on the ceiling, fresh new space. Refreshments in the lobby. HIGHLY recommend for little kids- they are so supportive and encouraging. Their prizes are enough to make kids want to return. I've been coming to Riverfront for over 2 years, doing regular teeth cleanings with Nancy (the best for deep cleanings) and seeing Dr. Kim (the best dentist) for Invisalign. This is the best dental office I’ve ever been to. Since the moment you walk in it is clean and there are small details that make you feel like you’re at a spa! The staff is extremely nice and you can tell they really care about their job and properly informing you for the healthiest mouth and the longest lasting teeth possible. I had my first appointment at Riverfront Dental today. Right when I walked in, I was greeted by a very nice and welcoming receptionist. I had advised on my new patient forms that I am a bit of a nervous dental patient. Both the dental hygienist and Dentist made me feel SO comfortable. They asked how I was doing multiple times and explained everything they were doing in great detail. I was offered Netflix on the tv above me or I could listen to the radio which was such a nice touch and also helped me to relax. Dr. Kim was extremely kind and gentle. She listened to all of my concerns and provided me with several different options on ways in which I can move forward with my dental plans. When I went to leave, the receptionist went over my future appointments and wrote them down for me. She also educated me how the process works with both my insurance and my husband's insurance. Hadn't been to dentist in two decades and had many fears of anxiety and panic just thinking of going back. I don't know why I chose Riverfront to start going back, but I am sure glad I did. Lalji filled 3 cavities in under an hour and I honestly didn't feel a thing. His assistant Melissa did everything to make sure I was comfortable. DR.
