I had my first appointment at Riverfront Dental today. Right when I walked in, I was greeted by a very nice and welcoming receptionist. I was offered Netflix on the tv above me or I could listen to the radio which was such a nice touch and also helped me to relax. Dr. Kim was extremely kind and gentle. She listened to all of my concerns and provided me with several different options on ways in which I can move forward with my dental plans. When I went to leave, the receptionist went over my future appointments and wrote them down for me. She also educated me how the process works with both my insurance and my husband's insurance. I have been a patient at Riverfront for the past 5months. The doctors are very knowledgeable and pleasant. This location being new has all the advanced equipment for screening. The Staff is very welcoming and they always elate your spirit with friendly conversations. The parking in the complex is gated with a token for exit (provided by clinic).

The office is spotless, offers direct insurance billing, has t.v.s on the ceiling (I watched Netflix while my teeth were being cleaned), and the chairs have a light uperback massage feature. My husband and I switched to Riverfront Dental because of the great promotion they were offering to their new patients. I am so glad that we switched, their office and dental cleaning suites are breath taking, relaxing and very modern and trendy....the staff is so friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. I have a history of having anxiety when I go to the Dentist, after this first experience at Riverfront Dental I was relaxed and had a nice time. I love the small dental office feel, and the atmosphere is calm and serene. The dental hygienist took her time to make sure I was comfortable and not in pain during my cleaning. Very happy with the switch to this practice!

Dr. Kim and her staff are amazing. I hate going to the dentist, however the whole treated me with great care. My hygienist, Kariann, took her time and was patient with me throughout my cleaning. Best of all, you have Netflix to keep you calm. Finally, there is Lynette, who helped with my insurance claim submission. Overall, it was the best dentist visit I’ve ever had.

Dr. Kim Beaucage is the best dentist I have come across. She was very caring, gentle and comforting during my filling. The clinic was very clean and classy and the staff were very friendly. I would highly recommend this clinic and would like to add that I have never had another dentist followup with a phonecall to ensure I was doing okay. Very impressed.
