My daughter suffers from severe depressive episodes. She cannot look after her cats and their litter boxes. As of out her house pile up with the worst mess imaginable. I contacted Hope from electricity cleaning services. She brought her team in and they work on the house for three straight Days. Had a clean arranged for while we were on vacation. Confirmed the clean and address the morning of and informed the cleaner I would not have access to my phone while traveling. Came home excited to walk into a fresh house and walked in to a house that had not been touched. I then sent a message to whomever I was previously communicating with, confused as to why the clean did not occur and I have yet to receive a response and my messages seem to no longer be delivering. Very disappointed as I was looking forward to have a fresh home after being on vacation.Edit to add: the owner offered me a free four hour clean. I was happy to take down my negative review after this clean and give the company a chance. Unfortunately the cleaner had a flat tire in the morning and couldn’t make it. I have now made several attempts to reach out and reschedule, even offering to pay for extra hours and I have been left of read everytime. Very disappointed and very unprofessional. Less

Had my cleaning with Stephanie today she arrived right on time was super thorough and her attention to detail was greatly appreciated she also made sure everything I asked for was done before leaving. Bonus is my house smells lovely! From the initial phone call with Hope to the actual cleaning everything has been great!
