Dr Bunis and Regina are very nice and did a great job, but their front desk person is so obnoxious and impatient when I asked questions. I asked them if they could call my Endodontics to get an idea what is gonna be done there so that they can collaborate, she told me straight up no. I felt that was very rude. She gave me a feeling that everyone is stupid and she’s the smartest.

They never should have recommended the Invisilign treatment for me. I see several reviews stating that MGD are money-grabbers. Billing insurance too high or recommending fillings unnecessarily. I guess they haven't changed. Stay away from these butchers. They see their patients as dollar signs instead of as human beings. Less

That is a pretty good move to prevent issuing a refund - simply not let the user to find out how much the pay actually should be. Came here first for an emergency wisdom tooth extraction, then for more regular fillings and exams. The doctors are professional and efficient, but their admin system is not. For all three visits, I waited more than 20 minutes to see the doctor. They also over charged me by at least 50% then what the copay should be every single time. It took me 2 months to get the refunds, as the person at the front desk keeping claiming they haven’t received payments from insurance. Less

Dr. Lana Bunis is a wonderful dentist. I’ve been going to her for over 7 years. She is very knowledgeable and thorough. Her team is great. Office is very clean.

I would highly recommend this place. I came here to align my teeth ans I got very good results (because this is what matters). The doctors and staff are very professional and friendly. They are very accommodating and they will make you feel very comfortable.

Dr. Bunis took incredibly good care of me when I had to have an emergency tooth-extraction. I think MG dental’s prices are higher than others, but I’ve had the absolute best care there and am 100% confident in their work.

The refilling appointment was terrible. I've gone to this office a few times and never had an issue. While the dentist (same dentist from the teeth cleaning appointment) was working on my teeth, she was also watching Bloomberg, raving about how great Trump is and how she can't stand her democratic friends. Her political opinion is completely irreverent to my teeth. If she paid more attention to my teeth as she did in her conversation with the dental assistant on politics then I wouldn't be in the predicament I am in now. I was in a lot of pain once the novocaine wore off. I researched that sometimes filling pain could last up to 2-3 weeks. After being in pain for 2 months I went to a different dentist and was informed that you don't refill fillings unless there is reasonable cause to do so (i.e. filling came out, pain, cavity, etc). Long story short I have an inflamed tooth pulp because of her shotty filling job and I might need a root canal if the antibiotics don't work. In the first dentists defense I did have a tiny cavity under one of my fillings however that does not justify why I needed 3 fillings redone all on different teeth. Thankfully there was only enough time to refill 2 of the 3 fillings or I could be in an even worse situation. I didn't go to dental school. When I go to a dentist or a doctor I expect them to be honest and give their professional opinion on the topic at hand. Not take advantage of a young patient. Less

This place will overcharge you and lie to you. I went there several years ago for a dental cleaning and they insist that I take an X-Ray. I sent an X-ray from my previous dentist which was less than 6 months old. The dental tech and doc insisted that they need to have a current one before the dental cleaning. They assured me that my insurance is in the network, and I will not be charged. They said I also need a deep cleaning. I thought it was odd, since I had deep cleaning less than a year ago and I spoke to them about it. They saw something in X-ray, and I needed a deep cleaning. So I said as long as my insurance covers, why not. Truth is I did not needed another deep cleaning. Also, I got a bill for $100. I went to the dental office and ask for an explanation and the receptionist replied that it was a deductible. I did not understand why would I have to pay $100 deductable, when you can get a cleaning for less than that if you pay cash. All I wanted was cleaning and the dentist and the dental tech insisted that I get an X-ray, and assured me I would not get charged. Receptionist replied that the dental office did not charge me, the insurance company did because I went out of the network. So, I was lied from the beginning.
