We had a great experience with Richard and crew in preventing/removing mice. Mcveen was the only company out of about 10 that I called on a Sunday to answer their phone. Very knowledgeable, great service and prices were competitive without all the "selling tactics". We even hired them for our insect prevention needs. I would highly recommend over the big national companies.

If I could give them TEN stars I would. This company has been nothing but accommodating & respectful since day one. When I first called, they were the 6th company I had called for a quote. It was a Friday late afternoon/early evening. Not only were they VERY reasonable priced, but they came out that evening! They were very prompt & professional. They explained everything in detail. After the 1st treatment, I saw improvement. If a job ran over & they were running late for my appointment, they always called and let me know they were running a little behind. Their communication was 100% AMAZING! When they had to reschedule, they gave me plenty of notice and got me rescheduled for the very next day. I had to call them again after my 3rd spray into my 3 month guarantee. No questions asked, they immediately got me scheduled. They've been so patient with me changing my appointment days/times 4 times in a week. One of the gentleman came to my house just to personally follow up, see how things were going and gave advice/recommendations on what to do after the next spray. Every single time I've called they've ALWAYS answered me NO matter the day or time. Anytime I text they ALWAYS promptly text back.They do an AMAZING job. BUT they don't have super powers. So if they run out the office & forget the phone, their human!!!! Maybe they were running behind & don't want to be late to a clients house. Had my house sprayed for black ants and after the first application they were no where to be found but dead. They did three applications and I can honestly say NO more black ants! Very professional and friendly. Will definitely use them again! THANK YOU !!

I contacted them for bed bug removal in my residence they gave me a price and they came the next day said 3 treatments and all should be good, well the second visit I waited at home all day called several times no answer also left messages the next day my wife called and spoke with the father who says he owns the company and he found his son had left the company phone at the office and had multiple missed calls, texts and voice mails. They came promptly the next day and sprayed again taking only 20 mins max each time to spray and we were told they would give us a 4 month warranty. The 3rd visit the son brought “help” with him to move furniture and other bedding which never happened the first 2 times and I was informed the chemicals were very hazardous however they never wore masks or took other precautions against said chemicals this session only took 10 mins and I stayed on my property after they left and walked the house I saw little to no chemicals sprayed around my bed frames or wood floors and I even moved bedding with no sign of moisture. I will also add on the first visit Richard the son says hey I see you have a gun safe if you want to trade guns for my services I’ll be glad to do that with you, this dude is sketchy as heck watch out and don’t use this company. We now have more bed bugs and are in the process of buying our own commercial grade chemicals to spray in hopes to kill what this poor excuse of a company never did do like they claim Less
