I am super happy at the Mentor Tripoint Athletics location. The gym is extremely clean, offers flexible hours, has all of the equipment that I need. Along with other great amenities. It’s location is in close proximity to other stores, such as grocery, gas, and meals, which allows me to complete errands while I’m out getting an exercise in.

I cannot say enough about Tripoint Athletics, I’ve been a member for 3+ years and going strong! The community is supportive and inspiring in so many ways. The classes great for all levels of fitness and the coaches will help you with any aspect of a workout to achieve your goals! It is without a doubt one the best parts of my day!

I was very hesitant about taking on Crossfit Remix six week challenge. To lose 25 pounds in 6 weeks seemed like crazy talk to me. Originally when I received a text about confirming my appointment I was just going to blow it off. But the positive feelings I had from Couch John's text made me want to try this challenge out. I mean what do I have to lose, weighing in at 233 pounds I need to lose some weight and this could be my motivation. So I took on the challenge. I am happy to say after 6 great weeks of working out hard with the two challenge couch's Zoe and Bri and eating health thanks to there nutrition plan I was able to do more than drop 25 pounds. I was amazed! With taking their workout sessions and my accountability watching my diet I was able to drop 30 pounds (6% body fat) in just 6 week. I have received compliments from so many people after the challenge. But the knowledge I have gain from Crossfit Remix to a healthier me is not over. I will continue to work hard and become the healthiest me I can be. I would suggest to anyone to take a chance with Crossfit Remix because you don't have to be were you are at if you work hard!
