I have been a customer of Ashley H. for over 10 years. I remember being so nervous when I had my first wax with her. She made me so comfortable, just by engaging with me as if we had been friends for years. I have stuck with her from working as a wax technician to owning her own business. This is due to her professionalism, customer service skills, personality, and overall caring and kind demeanor. When she opened and moved to the Baymeadows location, I felt like I has accomplished something just by seeing her growth. 12/22, 10 am entered Waxology and was waiting for receptionist 5 minutes. Meanwhile there were voices, chitchat, laugh in the back of the office. Tried to call somebody-nothing, opened the door to activate door alarm-nothing, phone was ringing-was also ignored. I had to leave without service. I can’t express enough how much I LOVE Waxology. The cleanliness, friendliness, music and overall vibe of the place is very welcoming. I also want to mention the relatability of cultural conversations and connections I have experienced at Waxology. 🫶🏾🫶🏾🫶🏾 I’ve been going for about 2 years now and I refuse to go anywhere else. Privacy is unmatched as well!!

Visited today and had Ashley! She was punctual, professional and most of all gentle during my service. I love how the staff welcomed me with warm smiles. It’s hard to find professional and friendly estheticians. Will definitely return. 😃😃
