I just started recently but really enjoying it so far and the instructors are very friendly!

This is my 1st week at THE CAV St. Matthews and Im hooked! Can't wait to do more deadlifts!

Fun workout with small class size and individualized attention to form/body mechanics as you complete exercises!

My wife and I have been at The Cav for 3 years. I’m in the best shape of my life and love the coaches/members. The workouts are guided via a coach to a group of 5-15 people (music always playing). My wife and I have been at The Cav for 3 years. I’m in the best shape of my life and love the coaches/members. The workouts are guided via a coach to a group of 5-15 people (music always playing). It’s always fun, never dull, and keeps you wanting to come back for more. Everyone does the same workout but the movements can all be modified to accommodate your own personal fitness level. I’m confident I’ll be with The Cav a long time. Less

I love this gym. The prices are reasonable and the coaches are awesome. I have bad knees and they have given me modifications to make me and my knees stronger. The classes are small so you get one on one with the coaches. Check it out, I think you will love it.... More

I tried this place on a whim, didn't think I would enjoy it, now I love it. I've put a lot of effort into every class since I joined about 3 months ago and it's definitely showing with strength gains (and health in general). If you had a hard day at work and just wanna take it easy, you can do that. But if one day you get in and wanna challenge your body, you can do that too! Each coach offers something different so it’s nice that you’re getting feedback from so many knowledgeable minds. They are very passionate about what they do and really care about each member. I find people who are on the fence about CrossFit are nervous that they aren’t as fit as other members or are scared about doing difficult movements. The Cav has truly made this a community for anyone and everyone. Less
