My wife Karen and I(Bill) have dealt with Lesley Kring for over two years in her capacity as manager of the Tucson office of Adult Care Assistance. She has been nothing short of amazing in the manner in which she has helped us in managing the challenges and care of our dear friend suffering from dementia. Lesley managed a constantly revolving group of caretakers, solving all the problems and often going into the field herself to handle especially difficult situations. Our friend/client was very difficult sometimes aggressive and noncompliant. Lesley wrote us detailed reports and sometimes phone calls when warranted.. She was personally involved and she cared. Adultcare Assistance Homecare was outstanding in caring for my mother in her final days at home. Every caregiver who came to her house was very kind and respectful to my mother. Each caregiver was highly competent and kept detailed notes during each shift, which was helpful to me as the primary caregiver since I would usually arrive at my mom’s house after end of shift. Scheduling and payment arrangements were effortless. I highly recommend this organization.
