RCCF is amazing! The WOD's are fun, the members are welcoming, and the workouts are led by certified coaches who give feedback and adjustments during the classes and just the right amount of encouragement. I really love the community. I felt like I belonged and the workouts were fun and engaging. However, the owner runs it like a Cult and when you have an issue, your membership is cancelled and you are not welcomed back. Such a shame.

I joined RCCF after getting into a rut with my workout routine. I've been at RCCF for a few weeks now and have found working out enjoyable again. The workouts are challenging without making you feel overwhelmed. All the coaches are friendly and make you feel very welcomed as well as give you many options to scale your workout if needed. Glad I stumbled upon this gym!

Excellent gym, I am not a typical "gym" person but am really enjoying being a member here. The atmosphere is great, very supportive, and there are class times to meet every schedule. I'd recommend RCCF to anyone.

Hands down the best Crossfit box in the city

Great coaches help you focus on form and mobility before pushing weight, and the athletes are all very welcoming. I have been with RCCF for four months now and have noticed considerable improvements in my mobility. As someone with knee injuries I can recommend RCCF as a box for anyone looking to improve their health as the coaches help to scale workouts for all levels.

Pearl and I attend the CrossFit light classes every Tuesday and Thursday mornings between 8:30 and 9:30 a.m.. The professional instruction helps build flexibility, strength and balance.. We enjoy these classes and highly recommend Royal City CrossFit. Definitely a five-star experience

Royal City Crossfit is an awesome gym to work out at. I have always kept an active lifestyle with work, sports and going to the gym but never realized my potential until I started going to this gym. The coaches, owner and members are all great. They push you while making sure you're doing the movements safely. I would highly recommend trying it out if you're thinking about it.

Royal City Crossfit is the best gym in town. Its a great community to be a part of and has really helped me meet my fitness and nutrition goals. Excellent coaching and lots of class times to choose from. From bootcamp, football training or regular Crossfit, there's something for people of all fitness levels to get into.

The final nail in the coffin was touching me without asking... cardinal rule fellas, when working with either a male or female client you MUST ASK to place your hands on them. I have worked out in many environments, this one left me with nothing but a dislocated finger and aching knees.. NONE of the good pain to gain feelings. Also, the other members were really haughty. Too bad, it's a great space filled with old school but amazing gear, and it's in a great location. Less
