She gives informative and helpful advice and methods for healing through her endless knowledge and NLP tools. Working with Christina has helped me implement positive boundaries, improve my self- talk, let go of unhelpful habits and make positive changes to my mindset. After only two sessions with Christina I saw a big difference in my confidence, self-worth and how I talk to myself after using the anchoring tools Christina suggested.
