Anthony Mason did a terrible job at making this experience easier for me, as he was uncooperative and sided unfairly with his client/friends. The renting family did not pay their water bill for ONE YEAR, and when I reached out to Anthony to contact them, he proceeded to tell me that he "couldn't make them pay and can only advise" and didn't honour the contract that BOTH he and the renting individuals signed. He didn't even try to show me that he would be on the legally correct side. This biased way of doing business is intolerable! If you cannot honour contracts as a real estate agent, then what do you honour? A person like Anthony Mason shouldn't be in the business of selling, buying or renting houses if following simple contract and honouring peoples rights isn't something he can abide by. Less
