Wow, it’s been a few days since I picked up my car and Im still SO impressed and even giddy with their excellent body repair job. I was on a budget for parts, so I was worried about what work was possible. They were able reshape existing bent exteriors and with only a couple new pieces, the car looks completely renewed! Above and beyond what I hoped for! Excellent AND quick work. 5/5!

The work that I requested (painting of a couple of spots on my Accord) was completed timely and to my liking but the after math of the event was not worth the experience overall. Dropped my car off and picked it up the next week after paint tried, cured and windows were reinstalled. Although my sunroof was leaking inside the cab after the work was done and I had to return my car not 1 or 2 but several times to get the issue resolved. After this all was resolved, I was a happy customer but then we had some freezing temperatures which I noticed that they broke my rear window defrost. They came to inspect and said that the issue is the glass. The glass was in perfectly good working order before all the work was even quoted.I have filed a claim with the BBB.Good luck to others, Wilmar tried to make everything right but now I feel high and dry with a non-work rear defroster in the cold of winter.Simply saying they will work to do better in the future is not a solution. My glass is not working properly.
