Time Movers

Where to start. I made a booking for 6/10/22 @ 1300 about a month prior to the move date. Day of the move I call @ 1000, as I haven't received any confirmation of my move that day. Confirm the time as 1300, and was told it'd be between 1300-1400. First warning bell. 1415 and still waiting. Call again. There was some issue with the truck, it'll be another 30 mins. Second warning bell. 1500...wanna guess where this is going? Still no movers.
Frustrated is not descriptive enough. Multiple calls (20 at minimum, and perhaps overkill) no answer. Almost 1550 before someone FINALLY answers the phone. Saying I lost it was an understatement. Long convoluted story about truck issues. Stuck on the Yellowhead. Be that as it may, should I be having to chase for an update? Am I at fault for the company's failure to provide service as booked? 1605 and movers arrive, from AAA Rightway Moving. I'm confused....was it contracted out to a different company? All that aside they are quick, not sure if that's always or due to the delay situation. Move is completed in about 3hrs 45 mins for a two bedroom apartment.
Did I mention AAA didn't know my apartment was a third floor walk up? Time Movers knew when I made the appointment. No complaints with AAA, though now knowing both business share the same address doesn't sit well. Now it's time to settle the bill. Quoted @ 159/h with 2 movers from Time Movers. No mention of further charges. Except for the undisclosed charge for travel time to and from my move.
Surely someone in Management followed up right? Apologized for the ridiculous delay, the complete lack of updates, not being able to contact anyone during business hours, if nothing else meaningless platitudes or a nominal restitution? Nothing to no surprise. Never again. I can plead ignorance when booking with Time Movers. If you've read this far, nobody to blame if you make the same mistake I did. Seeing 5 star reviews is beyond comprehension.

Received response....7. MONTHS. LATER. Much like the service provided, it was too little and too late.
