Christian had been out here a couple of times, checking for any kind of pests or rodents that I may have thought have got in. This last time he did a thorough inspection using a camera and checking. They went above and beyond always coming out as promised, and always on time!

He came out to our house last Thursday for an inspection with just a brief description of all our needs. He listened to my concerns and came up with a solution for all our pest issues. I was very nervous to see what it was going to cost as thus far it had been thousands upon thousands. To say he blew us away with the pricing is a under statement we booked him that night to come back today to get us taken care of ! He showed up on time, got all the work done quickly and explained every detail to me about what to expect, what he did etc!!! Great communication: text, email, prompt notification, responses, etc. AND we had German roaches, the worst kind, they're gone! Wish I called Tailor Made a long time ago. Better than my previous service company who could not solve the problem. Seemed pretty easy for Christian to get it done.

Tailor Made came out the same day to fight off my ant and mouse problems. 15 yrs of sugar ants each spring and haven't seen one since he left! Mice under stairs. He even went through wall and under to treat. Very thorough inspection of the house revealed termites! I took his service for a year.
