Zero stars.I used Avery & Bryant for my real estate photography for 3+ years and spent tens of THOUSANDS of dollars with this business over that time. Unfortunately, this experience completely destroyed any trust I had left.On May 15th, I was scheduled for a small photo shoot and paid half of the deposit upfront. Nine days later, I still have no photos and no refund despite repeatedly reaching out, following up with multiple people, and clearly expressing the urgency of getting this resolved.What makes this even worse is that turnaround time had ALWAYS been 1–3 days max in the past, so this level of silence and disregard is completely unacceptable.The icing on the cake? One of the times I followed up yet again asking where the photos were, he responded saying he “thought he sent them over the day of,” apologized, and .Great… except that was a lie.No photos were ever delivered. No refund was issued. Just excuse after excuse followed by silence.At this point, it feels like my money was simply taken with no intention of delivering the service paid for. Ignoring a loyal client after years of consistent business is beyond unprofessional.The response is quiet, but the disrespect is loud.Never again.

Thomas answered my phone call last Friday immediately, which another company never even returned my call. He came out Saturday and took pictures for over an hour, even though the time allotment said 45 minutes. I received the pictures on Monday morning with the appropriate links.There were many pictures, and Thomas was thorough in showing what the house looks like.
