Crossfit Banana is like a second home. Dave and Amanda are amazing people and so much more than just my coaches. They pull me me when I'm down, and push me when I'm up. After four years of training at a previous box, I decided to check out CrossFit Banana about a month ago and I was hooked right off the bat. Dave and Amanda are incredible coaches that really care about their members' goals and overall well-being. The members are extremely friendly and very down to earth, which creates a very positive atmosphere. The programming is excellent, with a proper emphasis on strength training and metabolic conditioning. Form is very important here too. Dave and Amanda make sure you're doing it right to help prevent any injuries. CFB also likes to hold events outside of classes, such as running races and community events, which make it feel more than just a gym. I'm excited to be a new member to the CFB community and am looking forward to getting to know everyone a lot more though these events and during class. It doesn't matter if you've never done CrossFit before or have been doing it for several years...CFB is the place for you and you'll be welcomed with a smile and one hell of a workout. Less

This is my favorite crossfit gym by far. The community built here fosters hard work but also support and tons of fun! The owners, Dave and Amanda, are incredibly supportive especially to firs time crossfitters! Awesome gym!!

Great environment to better yourself as an athlete or just live a healthier life style. Atmosphere is great, trainers are great, and it has all the equipment you need. CFB constantly has fun events and opportunities to compete in competitions if you're an athlete that wants to compete.

As a drop in, I felt totally welcome. The coaches we so helpful (especially since I was relatively new to crossfit). The facility was great and the athletes were really supportive. Looking forward to dropping in again!
