I was diagnosed with a severe case of plantar fasciitis in both feet. I could barely walk! Both my son and I have seen Cody at Empower Physical Therapy & Performance. My 17yr old son first visited Julie for chronic pain in joints and muscles. He had been unable to play sports for a few years due to this. Julie recommended that my son work with Cody. Over the past couple of months, he has been feeling better and better. He is continuing to work with Cody for personal training. It has been great to see my son able to run again and he is now able to really push himself with aerobic and strength training. After a few weeks of home therapy, it became clear that I was going to need specialized physical therapy. It was at that time that I met Matt Timm. Long story short, after a few months of intense rehabilitation and therapy I began to see remarkable results was able to return to my busy performance schedule. I absolutely could not have achieved my success without Matt’s involvement in my physical therapy. Two years later, I’m back with Matt again to help with new issues primarily with my left knee. Kimberly Pointer was very thorough in her exam on my back and leg issue to give me the best plan. I am finishing my second week of PT. My therapist Cody has been great. He really listens to me and takes my feedback into consideration and adjusts the exercises accordingly. I have not always had that experience elsewhere. They are always friendly and professional and do their best to accommodate your schedule for appointments.

Empower is a newer business on the PT landscape, but its owners and staff are experienced professionals who bring years of dedication, talent and excellent listening skills to the gym floor and therapy table.
