I Ramsey Rangel have been attending P/T session for over 1 1/2 years. Kristy has been my P/T trainer 90% of the time . Kristy has assisted me with virtigo,foot problem and bicep/tricep problems. All my problems have been fixed. Kristy is a very sincere, kind and professional in her work. The other 10% have also been very knowledgeable and helpful. The front desk personal are very friendly and helpful. The building is very pleasant and clean. What i like alot is the way you all keep me posted thru text. Very excellent job. Very easy to communicate even if I cannot attend a session. I will continue to use for future problems and I also will refer Avilaphysicaltherapy.com. thanks a bunch Ramsey Rangel

This is a very caring , friendly, and professional facility. It is the cleanest place with staff keeping it disinfected constantly.the staff treats you like family. They worked with my knee and now I’m pain free. Thank you to Dr. Brett Baus and the rest of the staff for pushing me to get better

I arrived at Avila Physical Therapy using a walker for walking and balance. The staff, doctors and technician support team helped me strengthen my fractured left ankle and broken left knee cap. I now use a cane for balance when walking outdoors and I walk at home unassisted. I appreciate the team approach at Avila Physical Therapy. I am confident that I will continue to get stronger utilizing the home exercise instructions I received. Thank you everyone at Avila Physical Therapy.

The therapists and assistants at Avila PT were all very professional, kind and caring. They are a great team and work very well together. I went for 6 weeks of therapy due to knee pain and I feel so much better now. Brett gave me some exercises to continue doing at home so my knee stays strong. When i was called to confirm my appointment I asked if there was anything to be collected the lady I spoke with stated there was nothing in my chart stating any amount or copays to be collected but she would put a message and if I needed to pay something someone would call me before I showed up the next day which is 30 minute drive from where i live.. well no one called me I assumed I wouldn't have to pay. Showed up I was told id have to pay towards my deductible.. I have 2 insurances which the 2nd insurance was never verified. The Dr who saw me stepped in helped out and agreed to see me anyways stated it would be taken care of and I would get a call today first thing in the morning to get clarification. No one ever called back and no next appointment given either.. 😏 im very dissapointed..

Avila is a great place for physical therapy and the equipment and therapists are top notch. I had shoulder surgery in Jan and feel like I have made a lot of progress with help from Brett and the team.
