Came to Avila for a rotator cuff injury. Dr.Martin and the entire staff were nothing short of amazing. The facility was nice clean and definitely designed to meet any need. Dr.Martin was very informative during therapy sessions and kept me on track. Definitely returning for any future therapy needs.

This was my first time going thru Physical therapy. I didn't really know what to expect, but after my thrid visit I had already experienced relief and gained range of motion. I appreciate the smaller office and the attention I recieved, Dr. Val and Bianca were awesome and everyone was very friendly and welcoming.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I came in with a painful lower back injury which was also effecting my sciatic nerve, after my last session I walked out virtually pain free. Bianca and Erika taught me how to strengthen and stretch my back muscles which was the key. I thank you all for everything! 🙏

I had a great experience with Avila. My therapist was Dr. Erika Good but I had interactions with the rest of the staff and they were all helpful. I started out slowly so I could see improvement. I wasn't sure what PT could do for me after surgery, but I lucked into a fantastic place! Everyone is welcoming and helpful, open with questions and quick to assist. Dr. Val has been especially wonderful to work with, having done more to increase my mobility while decreasing my pain and swelling than I knew was possible.

I benefitted significantly from my Physical Therapy Sessions. I saw a lot of improvement in my mobility and decrease in pain. I learned many exercises specific to my issues that i can continue on my own at home. The staff was excellent - always there to provide support, direction ad encouragement. Needling helps to relieve stress and tightness in your muscle groups and has done wonders for the tightness I was feeling during my treatments and daily activities. On Oct-Dec 2021, I had 20 sessions of therapy. I was on the ventilator Nov 21-Dec 5, 2020. I needed more PT for strenthing. I was given all kinds of workouts. Towards the end of PT I walked only for 3 sec. I joined the YWCA & am pleased to say that I can walk 30min. Thanks to all staff for PT guidance. Hats off to Bianca, you are awesome. On Oct-Dec 2021, I had 20 sessions of therapy. I was on the ventilator Nov 21-Dec 5, 2020. I needed more PT for strenthing. I was given all kinds of workouts. Towards the end of PT I walked only for 3 sec. I joined the YWCA & am pleased to say that I can walk 30min. Thanks to all staff for PT guidance. Hats off to Bianca, you are awesome. Got some dry needling done in my back and hamstring. Went in with a lot of pain and discomfort, walked out there walking on a cloud! After Bianca got done, I felt like a weight had been lifted from my back. I felt AWESOME! I recommend needling. It is not painful at all!

I had never received this type of evaluation at any other physical therapy facilities. I was treated by Dr Avila, Dr Allison Jones, Bianca Garcia, Rochelle, and Chris. Dr Jones is very knowledgeable concerning the treatments and exercises needed for rehabilitation. I had rehabilitation to recover from a left hip revision and a left ankle fracture. Bianca was a hands on physical therapist and was there to actually catch me when I started to fall. Rochelle and Chris were very helpful in my recovery. My time at Avila Physical Therapy was beneficial and very enjoyable. The staff at Avila Physical Therapy, including Valerie, are amazing, compassionate, warm, friendly, and very encouraging. Therapy did not meet expectations. Shoulder problems were not resolved. No interest shown in getting past the sticking points. Not enough individual attention to make sure I did exercises properly. Would not recommend.

I was skeptical going to this workshop having dealt with chronic shoulder pain for 30 years. None of the doctors I have ever seen explained my problem as well as Dr Avila in this one hour workshop. I am looking forward to starting therapy with them soon.

I went to Avila physical therapy for two months and made a complete 180 in the pain I was feeling. The limitations I was feeling went away and the pain had disappeared. I received treatment for about 2 and a half months, which was amazing! I learned how to engage proper muscles for certain movements during my workout routines and basic daily activities that I thought I was already doing. I was wrong! I improved about 90% in my overall performance with my prescribed therapy routine, at the time I was successfully discharged. I still have areas of improvement, however now understand how to continue to do so at home thanks to Avila Therapy. I will miss my interactions with staff, as there was never a dull moment! I work outdoors in the landscape industry for many years. My body is worn out, surgery, pain doctors, etc no relief. After doing Dr. Avila's therapy I am pain free.

I have been going to Avila Physical Therapy for about a month . The entire staff is very courteous and caring . They never leave you by yourself , they want to be sure you are doing ok. I'm almost done with my therapy and feel absolutely great . I just want to thank Dr. Avila , Valerie, Art , Denise, Zach and Liz for being part of my recovery .

An amazing place. The staff is always so friendly. It's never uncomfortable or awkward. I guarantee you will leave here feeling better and even gain some new friends. They never fail to make me laugh or smile. I currently go to sessions for my weak ankles. They were very weak and unstable, but thanks to everyone they have gotten stronger over the past few weeks. I can't wait to go back!

Twice I have been here! And I can feel the difference. Dr Avila is amazing!! His staff is super sweet and just help you adjust and feel comfortable!! I know this time it will be better at the end of my sessions!

Clean! Friendly and happy! Lots of positivity! I had sciatica with my 2nd pregnancy and after just one visit I could feel an enormous difference! If something is hurting come see him!
