Expensive made a mess of my log splitter.

We took our lawnmower there because of a recall. After a few days we received a call from the place saying that something else was broken and it would be X dollars. We decided not to fix this other issue. When we picked it up and started the lawnmower we realized that now the machine is not self propelling anymore (something that was working perfectly before we sent it there). Terrible experience. Don’t go there!

Dropped a power washer off on a Monday, they said call back tomorrow to find out when to pick it up. Only needed a gas hose. I called almost everyday till Saturday, when they still couldn't answer me on the status of the machine. When I did stop by on Saturday, it took them a very long time to find, and they said they performed a maintenance on it. I said I didnt want that. Then they said they rebuilt the carburetor ( I checked, it's still the old one). They charged me for all the work they did without my consent. I would have upgraded my machine if I knew it would cost so much to "fix" it. Also, couldn't even put new fuel line through the guide, left it flopping on the outside. Be warned
