I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else for my dental care in Holly Springs. The equipment in their office is stat of the art, especially the imaging camera used to get a complete picture of your mouth and teeth. This is very helpful when discussing what needs to be done in future visits. Also, they are very happy to clean my nightly mouthpiece during my visits. This cleaning makes it like new! If you need a crown, get it a Klooster. They will make sure the color of the crown and the shape will match your other teeth. I’m very pleased with mine and it looks much better than crows I’ve had done at other places. Also, I don’t worry about any unexpected costs. The staff at the front desk always has an estimate of future work which includes how much my insurance covers and what I need to pay. This is very nice to have and I wish more dentists and doctors were as upfront with costs. After my first visit, Klooster Dentistry gave me a nice Phillips Sonicare toothbrush. This is the best toothbrush that I’ve ever used and I have been recommending them to my family. I used to use Oral-B electric toothbrush, but I think the Phillips does a better job. I have had anxiety keeping me from getting a tooth pulled but after reading so many great reviews I decided to make my appointment. I go here for my routine 6 month cleanings and the staff is super nice and is good at listening and fixing any special issues. I did get an implant from here last year and so far it has been great. My wife also got an implant from here and had issues. But they replaced the her crown and no cost. Would definitely recommend!

I went to the location in Holly Springs to have a deep clean and fillings done by Dr Klooster. Let me tell you, I have crazy anxiety from past dental trauma. My experience today (10/12/2022)…….the hygienist had a personal emergency before my appointment today. Dr. Klooster came to tell me personally and proceeded to check my teeth. Then took the time to discuss my plan of care. THEN, another hygienist and staff member assisted me with my next appointment and my routine cleaning. The hygienist (I’m sooo sorry but I don’t remember her name😡 (mad at myself 🤣)) did an amazing job and was just an awesome person btw. (I hope her and her BF come to visit Zane at Rock Solid Warrior btw) So strange….. to say that I actually “like” going to see my Dentist and ALL of the amazing people that work at Klooster Family Dentistry! I've always have a good experience at my cleanings since I started going here a few years ago! The hygienists are always very friendly and kind. They give great tips and clean effectively! I also did Invisalign through them and they offered a good payment plan. They also communicate a lot via text and email, which is my preferred way of communicating when I'm on the go so much during the day. My only very small gripe is that I have a needle phobia, and I felt that there could be more training around techniques to administering mouth injections. I had a previous dentist who would shake the cheek while administering to distract. Just small tips like that would help people like us :) I just felt a little bit of trauma after my filling compared to other dentists. Less

I highly recommend this practice and staff! This is a great place to go if you have any dental anxiety. Their calming and professional, yet personable, demeanor was very helpful. As was their knowledge pertaining to my situation. My concerns were addressed and I was immediately put at ease - which is something you want when your tooth randomly breaks. Dr. Klooster and his team are the best dentists I have ever dealt with from start to finish. Clear communication on scheduling, insurance, etc. Prompt and extremely thorough attention on arrival for appointments. And they always seem to have some the latest tech in the industry to make sure they are providing the best service possible. Really not sure how they could improve!

This was my first visit since moving to Apex from up state NY. In June 21. Your office is kept in order, very modern and sanitized. Meghan and Dr. Mannakis made me feel welcomed and were very friendly and professional. I was just a little concerned and overwhelmed by how much work my teeth needed. I didn't think things were so bad.

Recently moved to NC and started with Klooster as my dentist. Very pleased. The staff is great as the office is well run. I never feel like I’m being pushed into unnecessary services like I’ve experienced with some prior practices. My hygienist has been tremendous and I’ve met both dentists in the practice and both seem genuine and overall good people.

Pretty rare in today’s environment to find businesses where everyone is vested in ensuring your concerns are met while providing you a positive experience! Everyone in this practice cares about their customers and it shows!
