Best gym, fitness classes, pt, nutrition coaching around Milton Keynes! Very inclusive community atmosphere and all the coaches are very knowledgeable, approachable, and friendly. The 100 day programme has been a game changer. After trying a few other programmes and yo-yoing I finally feel I've built the habits to succeed long term. Cannot recommend the M100 enough!

This is without a doubt the best gym i’ve been to (and i’ve been to a lot throughout the years)! I started off with the 6 week program which was fantastic, and you learn so much about nutrition and exercise, and i’ve carried on to the 100 day’s! It’s the only gym i’ve ever stayed consistent with going to and actually miss when i’m not there (which I never thought would be possible). There are a lot of classes you can choose from (in the morning, afternoon and evening so it suits most time schedules), and the trainers are all really nice and friendly and more than happy to help whenever you need it or have any questions on how to do something. They all get to know you by name as well which gives it a more personal touch. The place has more of a community feel to it, where you get to know people and workout together, which definitely helps to motivate you even when you don’t feel like working out, and it’s one of the main differences from other gyms where you train solo and have to motivate yourself! The programme is easy to follow, and the sessions are broken down into 3 levels so it’s accessible for everyone. The accountability coaching really contributes to keeping you going and on track. If you fall off the wagon they will help you back up. I really can’t thank them enough for what they do. Scott, Sam and the entire team of PTs are encouraging, friendly and welcoming. I’ve even managed to turn up to some 6am classes. That’s never been a thing in my life before! Scott is always so upbeat and positive. He has a wealth of knowledge and expertise and is always on hand to help and motivate. I’ve lost fat, I’ve gained muscle, I feel fitter, I have more stamina, I feel more energised AND I drink a LOT of water now. (Who am i?!) Day 1 started with Scott listening to my goals and he put me through a fitness test then set up a plan for me, taking into account my personal needs and kept the whole plan based on my physical and diet based needs personal to me. I have since been having personal training sessions with him on a weekly basis, attending boot camps and training myself, following a training plan that he has put together for me. If you want a gym experience without feeling uncomfortable I would recommend Might 100. The staff are superb, if you are unable to do some exercises they will find an alternative for you without making you feel awkward or uncomfortable, so if you want to lose weight or tone up build your muscles this could be the place for you no matter what your age, it’s the best thing I’ve done.

Great gym to go to! The PT's are super friendly, knowledgable and get the most out of you. I've been going for just over 3 months now and seen a huge change in myself that I haven't done before going to other gyms. I would highly recommend trying.

In one month I’ve achieved more that what I expected from this and lost 3 inches from waist and hips, lost over 1 stone of fat weight and gained muscle and hydration is much better. I joined the mighty 100 on their 28 day programme. I have done very well on this programme and started to lose weight again which I thought I couldn't do anymore. They have lovely personal trainers who are friendly and push you hard 😉 it was nice to be part of group to share all our experiences and offer each other advice. I would definitely recommend them 😁

The trainers are friendly and the setting makes you feel comfortable to train. I've tried the gym a few times, started well and then given up. At M100 I get motivated each time I go in. Would thoroughly recommend.

Awesome place, awesome staff, awesome people. Unlike some gyms there's no feeling of intimidation here. People of all ages shapes and sizes all working hard and supporting each other, like a family. New starters will be well looked after both by the staff and the other members!

The team is incredibly personal and is so enthusiastic about health and fitness. They come up with creative ways to keep you motivated and tackle all issues to adjust your routine. There is a variety of classes available throughout the week at different times, and of course there's 1 to 1 training available as well. It's a wonderful family that I would 100% recommend to anyone!

Been training here since June 2018. Their one to one training really works for me and they work me hard. Varied workouts and rotation of the trainers (I have now worked with all of them) keeps it fresh. Also good opening hours give lots of options if you work 9-5.
