OMG the crawfish soup is so amazing!😋😋😋 I did not even care that it’s July and hot as crap outside the hot soup was worth every awesomeness drop of unique heat and full flavor. The curry chicken salad sandwich delivered equally amazing flavors to add to this wonderful new truck experience. Homemade bread pudding which was still warm was the cherry on top of this amazing lunch. We will definitely be frequenting this truck and their restaurants.
