He took the time to explain to me exactly what my options are, best case scenario with timing, and gave me some phenomenal advice on how to meet my goals for my property portfolio. I own a property outright that’s out of state but would really love to find something in my hometown of Rochester. Jason is a Gods send for me in this process! On top of helping me secure the DPA funding for 25,000 he also got me an extra 5,000 grant, home warranty and home appraisal for a grand total of 31,000 of absolutely free money the icing on the cake was closing with 1,000 being returned to me 💕.
