Tracy is absolutely the best! We had to switch lenders about a week before our closing because we were very unsatisfied with what we saw on paper compared with what we were offered initially by phone. I called Tracy in a panic and she and her team got to work, secured a loan for us lightening fast on much better terms than what we were initially offered by the company we had been working with.
