I am impressed after my first visit to work out with Robin at Robin Mungall Fitness. Robin’s approach to fitness is very different than I have experienced in the past. When I arrived I was greeted and introduced to the other two clients I would be working out with as we entered the work out space. Throughout the workout Robin was interactive with all three of us and shared positive thoughts and encouragement as well as his philosophies on both fitness and motivation. At no time did I feel I had to push myself harder to impress the trainer. The exercises he introduced me to were challenging but not difficult and most of them I could take away and practise in my everyday life. More importantly is that as I was doing each exercise Robin clearly explained what that exercise was doing for my body. I have known Robin for a couple of years but this was my first experience with him in his work environment. I will highly recommend Robin and Robin Mungall Fitness moving forward.
