Coming here for chiropractic and massage treatment was one of the best decisions of my life. I have lived with a neck injury where my spine went out of alignment for 15 years and had never had hope for fully recovering. I have seen a traditional chiropractor (who didn’t use the atlas technique), massage therapists, and acupuncturists, but none were able to give me lasting results. I was recommended to Rogue Valley Chiropractic by two different people. I figured all chiropractors are the same, but with two different recommendations I saw it as a sign I should go see what could be done for my back. I was skeptical to think that they would be able to help me with my back and neck problems, but I figured it would not hurt to try. I have had mid-back problems my whole life, and I’ve always hunched over, this was exacerbated by a minor car accident. Last year I injured my lower back and for a year I have not been able to sit without a pillow behind my lower back. I even purchased a different car because my old one was torture to sit in and drive. When I first saw Dr. Taylor, he immediately determined the problem to be at the top of my spine, causing symptoms all the way down. What I thought were mid and lower back problems were at the top, the Atlas vertebra. I was a bit skeptical but decided to go along with it. He explained things very well and I appreciated the time he took to teach me about how the structure of my back worked and where the problems were and how to fix them. He made a very small adjustment to my neck which I could not even feel when it was done. I followed his advice and protocol and went about my day. The next day I was in a meeting and sat down at the conference table without a pillow behind my back. I sat there and instantly realized that things were a whole lot better. I could not believe it. Over the course of the next month I continued with his protocols and treatments and have seen amazing results. My back feels better than at any other time in my life. I had a great experience with this clinic. Dr. Hart knows his stuff and he can get you fixed up. I messed up my back and I had to go to the ER. The doctor at the ER said that he really couldn't help me and he sent me on my way with pain meds and muscle relaxers. Dr. Hart not only figured out that I had four inflamed discs in my back, but through treatment, fixed my problem. I also work out regularly so when I injure myself Dr. Hart is my maintenance man. With little real help. I had been having chronic neck and back issues as well as severe ear aches. After Dr Jeff adjusted me one time, no more ear aches and I have been steadily improving.
