I was recommended to Rogue Valley Chiropractic by two different people. I figured all chiropractors are the same, but with two different recommendations I saw it as a sign I should go see what could be done for my back. I was skeptical to think that they would be able to help me with my back and neck problems, but I figured it would not hurt to try. I have had mid-back problems my whole life, and I’ve always hunched over, this was exacerbated by a minor car accident. Last year I injured my lower back and for a year I have not been able to sit without a pillow behind my lower back. I even purchased a different car because my old one was torture to sit in and drive. When I first saw Dr. Taylor, he immediately determined the problem to be at the top of my spine, causing symptoms all the way down. What I thought were mid and lower back problems were at the top, the Atlas vertebra. I was a bit skeptical but decided to go along with it. He explained things very well and I appreciated the time he took to teach me about how the structure of my back worked and where the problems were and how to fix them. He made a very small adjustment to my neck which I could not even feel when it was done. I followed his advice and protocol and went about my day.
