I had my daughter's newborn photoshoot done with Anika of A. Fatouros Photography. The pictures came out amazing and were loved by all my friends and family. More importantly, the experience was comfortable, friendly, and caring for both myself and the baby. As a first time mom to a 9 day old baby I had many concerns about safety and cleanliness. Anika's studio was extremely warm (perfect temperature for baby) and clean, and was fully equipped with all the props needed for a beautiful shoot. She even had burp cloths and swaddles on hand. As a mom herself, Anika was extremely loving with my daughter and didn't hesitate to get in there even when the baby accidentally pooped and peed...TWICE! She kept a smile on her face and an open, welcoming spirit the entire time. Anika was a complete professional, handling the baby with care while choosing the best poses and outfits to fit her. We only had to sit back and watch the magic happen. The raw images themselves were amazing but once we saw the final, edited version we were blown away. The option to have our prints stored in a beautiful keepsake box was the cherry on top. The anticipation to see the final product was too much to handle so when we came back to see we were completely blown away not only with the high quality of the pictures but her overall presentation....from the video presentation she made to having each photo PRINTED! I loved how she stressed the importance and nostalgia of PRINTED photos not just digital copy. And she’s right!!! We have so many digital pictures (professional and not), that always seem to remain digital. We were so grateful how the printed product was presented and now they are proudly displayed in our home.
