He knows that to paint a house correctly, it needs to be carefully prepped - it needs to be power-washed, sanded and primed in places, and masked carefully. Window frames need to have cracking caulk scraped out and replaced, and metal doors and gutters need a different paint than the home's stucco. He brought up stuff the other guys never mentioned. And he communicates quickly, and responds immediately with quotes and answers to questions. AND Waylon will give you a fantastic price (not much more than the 24hr-spray-and-go guys) for a fantastic job. His price is well worth the attention to detail.
