This is the best gym; it's very clean, and everyone is friendly. Coaches are fantastic; I've known Dave for about 12 years, and he is very welcome. All coaches are excellent at introducing you to cross-fit if you've never done it before. It's a safe environment to try something new while receiving support. Love FHCF!

I always avoided CrossFit gyms because it looked like such a competitive environment….YUCK LOL. This gym is clean, has great layout and superbly equipped. Workouts are varied and challenging. Anyone walking in is welcomed and introduced to the group as a new workout buddy. I have been doing functional fitness training for roughly 13+ years, and FHCF really caught my attention. It is a really cool, kicked back gym atmosphere. From newest member to the most senior, safety is emphasized to the fullest. I most definitely will be signing up.

Leslie and Dave are my best friends. I love the journey they've help me on throughout the years. Crossfit (and healthy eating) has helped me lose over 55lbs and given me a body I can be proud of. Firehouse supports, encourages and helps you be the best person you can be.

The owners and members are all like family and support each other both at the gym and outside. This is an amazing place with extraordinary staff. Because the classes can be scale it's a perfect place for beginners. If it's your first time to this gym make sure you wear glasses, you may be blinded by all the AWESOME people that workout here.
