I have learned so much from Coach Christine over the past few years and could not be more excited about the group classes! Christine was a major guide for me when I was pregnant to know what was not only safe, but also most beneficial in regards to my training. I love her classes because they focus on my weaknesses - like pelvic floor strength, activating my core, and weak glutes - in an environment where I feel good about slowing down and being intentional. At this point in my journey, I have a lot of the knowledge about what I need to focus on, but really struggle to do it on my own. Coach Christine and this class are the accountability and support I needed to make progress in important areas for my fitness. The other ladies all support each other and we have fun and laugh a lot! It’s such a great environment for any woman looking to start exercising, for a supportive community, accountability, and a knowledgeable coach! Come hang out with us!
