This is a great class! Christine is an amazing coach and is very knowledgeable of pelvic floor and women's health. I joined this class a month ago, and it's very welcoming and supportive culture! I'm new to working out, and Christine has been able to help me learn how to strengthen my body and do it safely.
I can not say enough wonderful things about Christine with Bloom. She has created a welcoming environment for women where she educates and assists with pelvic floor health. Women of all ages and stages of life can benefit from this class and I recommend it to everyone!
Great class for any woman. Whether you've had kids or not, we can all learn something! I learned a lot of things that I could immediately begin practicing that helped immensely. Looking forward to working with Christine more, and always working to improve! She is so fun and relatable and easy to talk to 💕
Christine is amazing. She makes you feel comfortable. She directs your movements when your form is off and gives encouragement when you struggle. She’s been an amazing help to me since I started with her class and I’m excited to see where Bloom takes me in the future.
Coach Christine is the real deal! I'm amazed at how much I've learned a bout my own body, from proper breathing to stretching to all things pelvic floor. Bloom has helped me through my pregnancies, postpartum, as an athlete, and my overall health as a woman. I'm so thankful for Christine's knowledge and patience. Every woman needs Bloom in their life!

I immediately started implementing the tips she shared (e.g., only going to the bathroom every 2-4 hours, peeing for at least 7 seconds, even how to engage your pelvic floor when coughing or sneezing). This is extremely important for me because I have a prolapsed urethra and the surgery to fix it, almost 10 years ago, didn’t l... More
Christine spoke at our moms’ group about the pelvic floor in February. I immediately started implementing the tips she shared (e.g., only going to the bathroom every 2-4 hours, peeing for at least 7 seconds, even how to engage your pelvic floor when coughing or sneezing). This is extremely important for me because I have a prolapsed urethra and the surgery to fix it, almost 10 years ago, didn’t last. Therefore, I have to wear a Poise pad 24/7. Last week, I realized I had a few days with no leakage or gushing at all! When I shared it with her, I got emotional. 😭❤️👏🏼 That is a huge win for me! Christine is terrific! She's very knowledgeable, kind, and makes the pelvic floor very approachable. She's helped me navigate some long standing issues and is a fantastic resource for women's fitness in general. I recommend her to everyone!!

I have learned so much from Coach Christine over the past few years and could not be more excited about the group classes! Christine was a major guide for me when I was pregnant to know what was not only safe, but also most beneficial in regards to my training. I love her classes because they focus on my weaknesses - like pelvic floor strength, activating my core, and weak glutes - in an environment where I feel good about slowing down and being intentional. At this point in my journey, I have a lot of the knowledge about what I need to focus on, but really struggle to do it on my own. Coach Christine and this class are the accountability and support I needed to make progress in important areas for my fitness. The other ladies all support each other and we have fun and laugh a lot! It’s such a great environment for any woman looking to start exercising, for a supportive community, accountability, and a knowledgeable coach! Come hang out with us! Less
I am so excited to be working with Christine from Bloom. She is extremely knowledgeable and has taught me so much! I workout regularly, but knew very little about pelvic floor. I’m learning while also strengthening and improving, so it’s a win-win! If you’re pregnant, postpartum, or just a woman with a pelvic floor, you need this!
Women’s fitness is almost always overlooked. Coach Christine, and Bloom Fitness has made me more aware of my body and the importance of a healthy core and pelvic floor. I can’t wait to see more improvement in my other workouts while working with Bloom!

I have learned so much from Coach Christine at Bloom Women’s Fitness! From learning how to breathe properly during different types of movements, to knowing how to use my core and pelvic floor in a connected way, to focusing on slowing down and improving my weaknesses - I am loving this class! I’ve been working out consistently for almost 9 years now and would consider myself an athlete, but this class is challenging me to become better in new ways. I especially love the supportive community of women who are not afraid to be vulnerable about the things they are dealing with and the accountability to actually do the important work of prioritizing pelvic floor and core health. At this point in my journey, I know a lot of the right things to do, but I struggle with consistently doing them in my own. Bloom and Christine are keeping me on track!
