Kitchen Remodeling SEO

We had an extremely disappointing experience with Kitchen Remodeling SEO (KRS), led by Mike Goldstein. From the outset, we found the team to be incompetent, dishonest, and deceitful. Rather than acknowledging their shortcomings and working to correct them, they consistently made excuses and doubled down on their failures.
When we first signed up with KRS, we were handed over to an account manager without any strategic calls to understand our business, which led to significant issues later on. They lacked a clear understanding of our brand and target clientele, which severely impacted their ability to deliver effective services.
Although we were promised weekly progress update calls, we didn't hear from them for the first few months, despite numerous follow-ups on our part. Eventually, the calls were scheduled for Thursdays, but were not set as recurring meetings and were often missed. We were repeatedly reminded that these calls were a special service they do not usually provide, which only added to our frustration.
The social media accounts they created using automated scripts duplicated some of our existing accounts and were filled with irrelevant content. Their content was of such poor quality and so nonsensical that even industry professionals found it incomprehensible. They dismissed our concerns by claiming that the content was only for Google's benefit to improve ranking, a strategy that risks penalties for black hat SEO practices.
Their social media and Google Ads teams were highly incompetent and careless. They ran ineffective Google Ads campaigns targeting irrelevant keywords, wasting thousands of dollars on call-only ads that ran 24/7 without generating any results. Mike, who initially lured us into signing up with their service, was rarely available to address our concerns once we were on board.
Due to a lack of communication and understanding of our business, KRS generated excessive unqualified leads, including individuals looking for work, people denying they filled out our forms, and contacts we couldn't reach. Their backlinking strategy was particularly disastrous. Most of the backlinks they created were toxic and could lead to Google penalties. Even the few trusted domains they linked to were irrelevant, achieved through dubious tactics like posting fake comments on foreign websites.
Mike Goldstein's business is a half-baked scam. His approach to business is careless, dishonest, and deceitful. He promoted a monthly marketing project plan that promised website SEO optimization and improved landing pages but failed to deliver on these promises. When we asked him to review the plan based on his initial proposal, he refused to do so.
Overall, our experience with Kitchen Remodeling SEO was profoundly disappointing. We strongly suggest against using their services.
