The associate Zaira explained that my appointment was scheduled for 1pm. I told her that 1pm is incorrect as I received TWO confirmations earlier in the week. She offered to have the owner, Jamie, give me a call after I expressed that this was a huge inconvenience. Jamie called within 10mins and stated that "the girls are running late" and apologized. I explained that 2 to 2 & 1/2 hrs was more than running late and that this was a big inconvenience. Jaime responded with, "Yes, this is a huge inconvenience for me as well," and proceeded to continue talking about how this is a PROBLEM for him. His apology was extremely apathetic and he never once tried to compensate me for the time loss or inconvenience. A little bit of care & consideration would have gone a long way. His continuous manner of talking about himself being inconvenienced and how he "can't make the girls show up right now" was an insult to the injury. I even explained that I have referred him out to several ppl which utilize his service on a regular basis. HE DID NOT CARE. So today this business didn't lose ONE property to clean, they lost FOUR! Initial follow up and scheduling was prompt. We agreed on a DEEP clean because we're getting ready to put our house on the market. When I was quoted a price, I was provided a list of everything that they clean for that price. It definitely did not all get done and just looked like a regular clean I'd do weekly if I could fit it in. However, I will take full accountability for telling the person who cleaned that "everything looked good" when they were leaving, so that's on me. Honestly, I felt rushed and pressured and didn't have enough time to check all of the things we expected would be done before they left (they were already packed up and one of the them was already standing by their car). Baseboards were still a mess (esp kitchen), light switches still dirty, stainless steel looked terrible, marks left on the bathroom floor that I was able to wipe up simply with a paper towel, and the front of all of the kitchen cabinets looked like they weren't even touched. I specifically pointed out that the cabinets needed extra attention due to grease buildup in the indents on the front of them. I ended up spending the next morning doing a good, detailed cleaning on the cabinets myself with a little effort! The glass on the back door wasn't touched. Basics like tub, toilet, countertops were cleaned. But we're just disappointed for the price. Lesson learned on my part to REALLY check things in detail before cleaners leave. Especially when paying for a "deep clean". Less

The hole was not there before at all, and the cleaning people assured us it was not them. There was a big language gap as well, so we couldn't effectively communicate that this was their fault and not ours. We had to get them to call their boss, Jaime, I believe. He came the next day to patch it up and paint over it, but it wasn't a great job. Looks like it still needs to be sanded more, and there is a huge streak still, where you can see the where it was painted over, it doesn't look like how it used to at all. Jamie quoted me $230 for a move out clean that included 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a basement, clean the oven, fridge, sweep the garage and more. I left the money in the fridge and having never met Jamie or the cleaners, crossed my fingers and hoped they'd do a good job. They by far exceeded my expectations. The place llooks great and smells very clean. I looked around and couldn't find anything they missed except(or so I thought) something that had spilled in the freezer. I took some Clorox cleanup and scrubbed and scrubbed but, made very little difference. Given how thorough they were with everything else, I'm certain they made every attempt at getting the gunk out of the freezer as well. I'd totally recommend these guys and will definitely use them again if I ever need a thorough clean. If I can talk my gf into it, we may start using them weekly at our new place. Cleaning crew did a great job with my apartment! I've gone through many cleaning services and this is by far the best and worth the price.
