I am so proud to announce that I have been SMOKE FREE for one month!!!! It is the first time in 32 years that I have been successful with smoking cessation. It has happened with the skill, treatment, support, love and kindness that Kimberly has provided. Given some background information about myself and through hypnosis, after 2 hours I left Kim's office a non-smoker. It was honestly like spending a relaxing afternoon with a good friend. I was successful with hypnosis 32 years ago when trying to get pregnant but about 10 years later went back to it and have been smoking ever since. And now as I have reflected on my life recently as a retired senior citizen I have realized that good health is something that I need to be thankful for each and every day. But smoking was the only barrier to my good health and I needed to stop!! I tried a support group for awhile with minimal success and it wasn't until I found Kim who helped me get to the point where I can say that "I AM A NON-SMOKER'!!! In 2 hours! Additionally, Kim does check in and reaches out to reward my milestones. From at least a pack a day to a non-smoker is monumental and it was Kim that helped make it happen!
