Such a shame that everyone seems so nice there and some could not be sympathetic towards my situation and instead they have ignored my email for over a week now. I was a little skeptical if it would work, considering the treatments only took about 1 minute or so, but my mind was quickly changed after a few weeks. Suddenly the pain was gone and my neck had full range of motion again. Now I continue to get maintenance adjustments and they really make a difference. Everyone is super friendly. Appointments are usually very quick, which is nice since I go on my lunch break. My back pain is resolved. When things start to hurt, it gets better right away once I get an adjustment. Very happy with Abide. I have been going there for almost 3 years now.

The free consult answered all my questions and concerns about treatment and financing. Dr. Watkins and his staff are so attentive and friendly. I appreciate the ease of check-in with a great app and little wait time. I’ve already recommended Abide to all my friends and family. I have so much more energy and my back pain is gone!

I left dissatisfied with the service I recieved. To add on to the bad exerperience, I later received a statement from my insurance that Abide had filed $490 to my insurance!! So not only was the service terrible but they had falsely advertised they total cost of the service! from my experience I dont believe this doctor should be providing these consultations or ANY service at that! A free consultation, I figured what do I have to lose, so I scheduled it. My thought was, "If I walk in and see a lot of products for sale, I'm outta there." Well, not only was nothing for sale, but I soon learned that ALL they do is chiropractic adjustments. They do one thing with excellence. The thorough examination and assessment revealed areas I knew were concerning and areas that were surprises. I was a little nervous, but I had researched their methods between the assessment and the report meetings, and I knew they were using a solid system. I took a deep breath and committed to a year a treatment. I am now in the 8th month and honestly my only regret is I didn't do this sooner. I had not been able to sleep on my left side for years prior to treatment and now that is something I do for part of every night. I had a lot of neck headaches and I have had very few since treatment started. I used to have to start my morning with neck exercises and while I still sometimes do them, it's not essential in order to move safely. I've also had benefits in my hips, and reduced nerve pain in my leg. I even got my parents in to see Dr. Watkins after they moved up here and both of them experienced benefits as well. I went to Dr. Watkins with hope, but thought in the back of my head that he would not be able to do much it. He did an evaluation with x-rays, turns out I had many problems with my neck and back that needed to be fixed. Even after seeing that, I was still skeptical that Dr. Watkins could make that big of a difference, but boy I was wrong. It hasn't even been a full month of going to him, yet my pain is just about completely gone. To be honest, I forget I even had pain in the first place.
