One of the worst salons ever. If you make an appointment they will call or text you to readjust an appointment Because they have a slight inconvenience at their salon. They work at the salon but don’t even know how there process work…also they don’t know how to deal with customer complains or know how to de-escalate a situation and just cancel peoples appointments Becuase they don’t know how to handle customer complains

I’ve been coming here for years now and I love it! But recently I came in for a curly cut and 160 dollars later my hair looks horrible I had nice long curly blonde hair now my hair is all uneven in the front the layers don’t even blend in with the front of my hair…. She cut big chunks off which don’t even blend in right some pieces are bigger than the others. I’ve never been the type to complain but when you have a huge modeling event the day after that you couldn’t even attend to because how horrible your hair looked. I would’ve been better off at supercuts.

Absolutely amazing! I've been to the Salon Mii in Lawrence (newly moved to Methuen) and loved it there but decided to try the Haverhill one this time. I had Kiki and she was the BEST! Very accommodating (offering drinks, and treats!) And explained every step of what she was doing to my hair. I asked for a anti-frizz treatment and before she let me add it on she went out of her way to check the price for me to make sure I was comfortable with it, without me even asking. I appreciated her informing me, as other salons I've been to just try to upsell your service. This is my new favorite salon and I'll be going to Kiki everything, although all the other stylists were amazing as well!

This place is wonderful. My daughter has been coming here for about 4 years now maybe five. They do a wonderful job my daughter's hair Mis Mary Lou, knows her stuff. I Always have questions, being a father about my daughter's hair and she always has great answers when it comes to my daughter's hair. My daughter is always excited to come here and get the best treatment and be pampered. Keep it up top notch salon

This place is great if you need a local area for a quick hairstylist, not as a regular client. I went in for a scalp treatment, wash and style. I previously went for a wash, cut and style (just a blow dry) and experience was fair. However, this time for the scalp treatment it was very underwhelming. The treatment itself consisted of a scalp scrub and then having a hot towel placed on my face, then the stylist proceeded to wash it off and get my hair styled. In many scalp treatments I’ve read into, steaming should occur on the scalp, not my face.. The scalp scrub was a little nice but the stylist was not targeting all areas of my scalp. I felt it was not worth the price (in the end I was charged 95), and totally could’ve had a better scalp treatment somewhere else. The same day my scalp was still producing dryness . Will not request this service again.

Alysha did a really amazing job on my hair. I have naturally brown curly hair and had done black box color about a year ago. I wanted to talk to someone about lightening to the point of eventually going blonde and Alysha answered all my questions honestly and gave me a very realistic idea of what to expect. I am so happy with how it turned out and I'm going to keep going back to her. Everyone is super nice and it's a VERY nice salon with snacks and drinks : )

My family and I are so grateful to have found this gem! The aesthetic is so nice, the vibe and energy of the staff pleasant and accommodating. The versatility of the stylists is why my entire family are now regulars of this salon. We all have different hair textures and someone is always able and willing to have us leaving feeling our best! We always leave learning something new! We have had curly cuts done (finally the right way), my son has had braids done, I myself have had a balayage, curly cut, and even an amazing blowout. My kids love the cookies and hot cider, I love the yummy flavored coffee! Can't say enough about this space. Kuddos to you!
