I would strongly advise against choosing this clinic. My experience with the staff, particularly with "Doctor" Fongod, was deeply disappointing. I had a virtual consultation with Fongod for skin rejuvenation (microneedling radio frequency) - We decided to proceed, however she said that she would assess my skin when I got to the clinic and provide her recommendation(s). Given that I was traveling from Canada, Fongod suggested that I consider adding an extra procedure to make the trip worthwhile. Trusting her advice, I decided to also include laser hair removal. Initially, everything seemed promising. I went ahead and booked appointments for both skin rejuvenation and laser hair removal, receiving confirmation emails for both services. To accommodate this, I had also booked a non-refundable flight and hotel in Virginia.Just a day prior to my scheduled flight, I was shocked to learn that I was not actually scheduled for skin rejuvenation, just laser hair removal. I was told that if I wished to maintain my appointment slot, Fongod recommended a different type of skin rejuvenation procedure than the one we agreed on. However, when I sought to discuss this recommendation directly with the "doctor", I was denied the opportunity for such a conversation (how very informed consent of you Fongod). I told the receptionist that I’d call her back after I researched the procedure on my own.Later that same day I attempted to contact the clinic, but my attempts were met with indifference and ignorance. The clinic seems to rely on an automated texting service, where they text back in response to phone calls. Despite sending multiple texts expressing my willingness to proceed with the NEW recommended procedure, I received no response. I even left a voicemail, urgently requesting confirmation due to my impending flight, yet my pleas were met with silence. Consequently, I was left with no choice but to cancel my trip to Virginia, as they failed to confirm my appointment.This experience has made it clear that this clinic lacks genuine concern for its clients, showcasing a complete disregard for their time and plans. Additionally, receiving pre- and post- skin rejuvenation treatment instructions via email for a nonexistent appointment is baffling. It questions the clinic's competence in managing appointments. The overall confusion and inefficiency of the staff are unparalleled. It's evident that this clinic is in dire need of new management to rectify the evident shortcomings and improve the patient experience.
