James and his crew removed all of the Rotten wood, converted the flat roof into a continuation of our pitched roof; added a water diversion system; removed and replaced all of the rotten wood on the inside of the house caused from the water damage; replaced paneling and painted to match; did a great job of salvaging whatever framework that they could as it was older and not available anymore. They even created a pull down attic door with ladder so that we could access the new space in the new pitched roof. his entire crew were extremely pleasant to work with. They were willing to listen to any concerns/suggestions that I had . they encouraged feedback and responded until we were absolutely satisfied.
