Good customer service

My first time using this cleaning service and I was very impressed! Lucy was very friendly and told me she would do her best to clean a pair of pants that were difficult to clean. They did a wonderful job and the pants look good as new again. I have found my new dry cleaner and definitely recommend their services!

Took off 1 star because clothes are returned later than the designated date, but the lady running the business is very good & their technology is up-to-date/organized. They handle your clothes with care. Edit: review reflects multiple lates on items returned/lack of courtesy + a pin cushion needle left inside a pair of pants (which is dangerous).

Lucy goes the extra mile with every customer! She even tries to learn everyone's name! Great family business feel.

I had a bad experience with my drycleaner so tried this place out. Best decision ever since now getting better pricing and service. They took care of my dress shirts and winter jackets that required special cleaning. Plus they were open at 7am which made it easy to drop off and pick up my items at the start of my day.

They did an amazing job with laundry and repairing the buttons on on of my favorite jackets.

Their turnaround is tremendous and especially astounding once you know their intake volume, which consists of the local first responder uniforms etc. If there is something they don’t feel comfortable doing unrelated to dry cleaning they refer you to those that might do the work. Tried them for cleaning of 5 coats with down. Ended up pretty good. The location is clean, friendly and they have an options of 24 hour drop-off.

It is a good place. The worker very nice. And they wash clothes quick and good.

Good service and wonderful work

Been using their service since 2017 I think, even before they moved from Lesmil road to Mallard Plaza. Never had any major issues and even when I did, Lucy and her team would always do their best to rectify it.

I recommend this place. The staff are friendly and the price was reasonable. It took a bit longer for them to clean my coat but I was happy with the results.

I called and was answered quickly with helpful staff indicating that if it was brought in before 10am, they would have it ready by 5pm. I cannot explain how professional they were. Clean store, up to date scheduling software and POS, I felt very reassured my clothing would be taken care of. When I picked it up, it was ready to go, not expensive at all for the service I was asking for, and was in and out in a flash. One of the best experiences I've had with a dry cleaner. I used to have "a guy" out in Waterloo for University, but since moving back to the Toronto, I've been looking for a Dry Cleaner to replace him. I think I've found it. YES!!! Less

Lucy and Jason do a fine job running their business and are always so welcoming and happy you when you come in their store. They've always taken great care of my clothes and do a great job getting stains out. They recently moved to their new location which is an upgrade over the old one. Went there to clean my dress shirts in December, they are a hard working family with a warm welcoming smile and a friendly attitude. My clothes were done on the same day and definitely I will be doing business with them.

I have gotten many garments altered here, from dress shirts to oxford shirts to a peacoat, and have always been thoroughly impressed by their tailor, who, despite not being the most vocal, has never produced anything that did not fit excellently. Moreover their prices are always very reasonable and the entire staff is extremely industrious and efficient
