Overall Renee and her team were great to work with and made the closing process relatively painless. Renee and team were quick to respond to any questions/concerns. Customer service was excellent and combined with the advantage of going with the preferred lender and title company, I would recommend working with Renee! Some things worth noting: * CLM may not manage your loan long term. They sold our loan soon after closing so that the loan service provider (the company you make mortgage payments to) will be different from CLM. * Their par rate may be higher than other mortgage companies by several basis points. Do your own research to see if it's worth buying down points to get a competitive rate. For us, the overall closing numbers were worth it when including Chesmar's incentives for going with their preferred lender. Less

Renee is amazing to work with and takes excellent care of her clients, helping buyers compete in a crazy market. She is upfront and honest which is what you need in a lender. It's not always an easy process, but having a great lender makes it a lot less painful.

Working with CLM was fantastic and painless. They were vey helpful, knowledgeable, and quick to answer any of our questions. What I really liked is that they had the tools and technology I would expect from a large organization but the service of a boutique financial institution. I would recommend them to anyone looking to obtain a mortgage.
