Asked what time they said they would text me the night before letting me know what stop I will be. Never received a text. The day of delivery and replacement was today (Wednesday) I received a call at 6:57pm after waiting all day and they said they were 10 minutes out. Waited 10 minutes and no one showed up called the number back at 8:05pm and no answer then called two more times after still no answer. Sent a text and no answer. Customer service is terrible and needs to improve especially for customers who paid in full. If we were on a payment plan you all would want full cooperation as to getting your money on time. Loved this place, awesome option for value minded individuals! Got a set that would have been 2500 dollars when new for 699.00, and it came with a warranty. Not to mention, they will also do repairs when the warranty expires for a charge of course. But if you have ever replaced a belt on a dryer then you know that this option is priceless!

The equipment I had purchased wasn't really cleaned or taken care of at time of my purchase it stopped working halfway through my warranty period which they did exchange for me with absolutely no problem. We were like no way we’ve been without a washer for 6 weeks. Soo he used parts off of our old washing machine that we bought at Mako (same brand and model) to fix it and said he would replace our old washer parts with new parts. After the repair man left we still had to bang on the lid to get it to lock every now and then. No parts have been replaced and no phone calls have been answered or returned. Repair guys were nice but that doesn’t fix that we bought a broken washing machine that tore up 3 months later. Ended up buying a brand new washer and dryer set for less than what we had in both used washers. To top it all off - the store takes 0 responsibility for the missed delivery dates, couldn’t care less about me missing 3 days of work (and pay), and somehow paints a narrative that it’s my fault. Realizing these are "refurbished" appliances, but priced accordingly it's still good money I have had nothing but trouble with the washer & dryer I bought there. Washer compltely quit, less than a year. Would not recommend buying these used appliances.
