They have a kind of loyalty program in which you're given a card and it's punched for each $10 you spend, when the card is full you redeem it for $10 off your purchase. If you want a book, they have it, or will attempt to get it for you. And the "greeters" (the cats) are so sweet. A really good bookstore!

I walked into this bookstore for the first time this Saturday, and you would have thought I was a long time customer. The staff was friendly and very helpful. We wound up staying for the Harry Potter release party! What an amazing business! Great selection of books! They've got so many. Most are in very good condition. And not too bad on the prices, either. They didn't have the book I was looking for, but they did search and search for it in the other room and it took quite a while, but very nicely, they gave me a 25% off coupon for patiently waiting!
