I've been training with Kelly for about 4 months now. She helps make working out fun and has also provided a number of suggestions to help me with varying my workouts and suggestions to adjust my nutrition by adding shakes. I've also had a number of wrist issues due to repetitive keyboard and mouse use and she has helped me with working on strengthening my wrists to decrease the repetitive pain... More
