Working with the Rise4 team has exceeded our expectations. I think many TMS clinics have had the unfortunate experience of working with a marketing company that simply sends hundreds of leads and ends up drowning staff in phone calls with no real guidance, strategy, or infrastructure to help those leads turn into successful outcomes. We’ve also worked with marketing companies that, for lack of a better phrase, just don’t “get it.”But I can confidently say that Rise4 does. The App4TMS is a great app, it's a great way to communicate with patient's to help with any questions they have in an informal setting. Being able to text with a patient makes for a smoother process when answering questions and working to set evaluations. The App has a lot of useful options and is very user friendly.
