We called them that night and they had a tech come out the next morning. Robbie came out and tested our system and found our compressor was going out. A couple days after figuring our what we needed, Robbie and another tech had our old system out and our new system in just a few hours. Robbie was very quick and very professional. When my A/C stopped working I took a chance with Elite Aire and I’m sure glad I did. I called and the receptionist told me she would contact a technician and see what they can do. The technician called me back in about 10 minutes and said he would be at me place in an hour (I live in a rural area outside of Fayetteville). He arrived at my place right on time. After listening to me describe the problem he jumped right in and found what the issue was, frayed insulation on one wire. He fixed the issue and in no time my A/C was working again, great feeling after being in a sweat box.
