From the moment I first called in, and an hour and a half later, when I had my first appointment, everybody was wonderful, friendly, and very professional. Everybody explained things to me in terms that I could understand and made quick plans for the next visit. I couldn’t ask for a better experience.

I was a little concerned when I got to appointment. I was told through a text my appointment was at 10:50 when it was at 11:20! I don’t know why they did that as I had filled all paperwork at home. The assistant administered the numbing shot to the area. I barely felt the needle. Dr. Entered and he completed biopsy in roughly 5 minutes or less. Received a follow-up call the next morning to check on my condition. Enough said. Very good service

The staff is excellent from the front desk to Dr Goyal and his assistant Gabby. They are so kind and helpful with my husband, Stephen, who has been seeing them a few years now. He has Parkinson's and it's difficult to get up and down etc. They assist him in whatever he needs. It's a very warm, friendly atmosphere. Over $80 for the meds because they are not accepted under insurance. Had they refilled it originally, it wouldn't have gotten to the point that a "6 month office visit is now required." They are not looking out for their clients at all...just money. update: Your response is inaccurate as far as your timeline goes and your professionalism is well....in your response. Dr. Goyal and his staff are the most professional and attentive dermatologist I have ever visited. After the PA's review and consultation Dr. Goyal always checks in for a further "look at". As a melanoma cancer survivor, I feel very comfortable knowing Dr. Goyal and his PA's have my best interest..

Waste of time and money. I would not recommend anyone go here for treatment. Visit felt rushed. If you have melasma DO NOT go here. They have no clue how to help or what treatments to recommend. It felt like they had no idea what they were doing from the front staff all the way to the PA. It was disappointing.

This was my first visit. I came in to have a few moles removed. I had an 8 am appointment. The staff was ON TIME! As we all know, most medical offices run very late. They were prompt. I received excellent and on time care. I am so thankful. It is surprisingly sad how most medical offices do not operated with this level of care and professionalism. I will recommend them to my friends. Great job!

I am giving a 2 star, instead of a 1 star, because of Dr G (who has a detail oriented hand with procedures, errs on the conservative side, and has a fabulous perspective). However, his skill set I seek is not enough to keep me around. Find another small practice that is more respectful of your time and acts like it wants to earn your business and your referrals. Back story: after a few office visits for mole checks, etc, I decided to get a few moles removed from my face for cosmetic reasons. The first one was on my lip line and Dr G did an amazing job. About 5 months later, I called to have the second and third mole removed (from my nose) and specifically mentioned the type of procedure Dr G performed and asked that enough time be booked for that to happen on both new sites. There wasn’t an opening in Dr G’s schedule but I was offered Catherine’s spot, being assured multiple times that she was capable and vetted by Dr G. Fast forward to the appointment, still very hesitant about not seeing Dr G, I immediately asked if this was possible as soon as Catherine came in the room. I did not receive a direct answer. I was then tried to be persuaded to have a different procedure to remove the two moles - of which I was firmly not interested, as I had directly mentioned multiple times leading up. I was informed only after being dragged along through the appointment that she wasn’t able to perform what I wanted (which should have been established within the first minute). I was incredibly frustrated to have gotten a babysitter, not had the procedure done before Christmas pictures as intended, and still have to reschedule to get on the doctors schedule. I did go back and see Dr G. I’m not happy with how much was left of these moles near my nose (they now look like pimples, despite me saying three times and pointing to the previous scar in what I wanted these two to look like). Fast forward now to 4 months later, and I’m being asked to pay an office visit for that poorly scheduled and waist of time visit in November. I felt so silly at first for being upset at Coastal’s practices, but decided to call back and ask for an explanation. After a few back and forth, I was not meant to feel like a customer/client/patient but someone indebted and a favor was bestowed upon me. It’s not about the money, per say, more that I cannot support a practice that leads with poor policies that aren’t client oriented, with no regard to fostering client loyalty and gratitude for an industry that should be. Horrified at the lack of respect of my time! I got there earlier than my appointment, and let them know that I was there. They told me to come in, took my paperwork and then I waited over 35 min (that's after my appointment time. And i arrived 20 min early). Then I waited MORE in the patient room. I then inquired how long it would be to see the doctor and the receptionist said, possibly another 15-20 min!!! Do NOT go here. They swipe your credit card right away, so they have their money (iasked for a refund which was given) and they can do whatever they want. Ridiculous. Never going back Less

The best ! Dr. Goyal, Stephanie and Bina are fantastic! Caring and meticulous, their office is cozy with appropriate soothing music for the nervous patient like myself. I highly recommend them.

Dr. Goyal went above and beyond to remove a tumor from my back. He was ultra careful during the surgery and his assistant Gabby kept me calm the entire time. They are true professionals !!

Dr. Goyal is the best dermatologist I have been to. Being fair skin, blonde, blue eyes I have been to many dermatologists. Dr. Goyal is caring and listens to concerns.

Coastal Dermatology has been amazing for my family! They have treated my son for a skin condition with huge success! Hector has been patient and caring with all of his treatments! I love the Medspa, and Tanya is amazing!!!
