We just purchased our home in June we had what we thought a small sewer septic issue. Little did we know we were going to be over 10,000 dollar in total. A PLUS plumbing specialist Enrique came out after Churchs plumbing had come out and said everything was fine and showed us in a professional manner that we had a bigger issue where pipes were stuffed with things beyond our control and totally needed replaced on that half our house. As soon as we started with that side the other side of our basement pipes were doing the same Enrique guided us through it all as well as Cindy from the office helping us with financing and making us feel so special as first time customers. We would recommend them to any one needing plumbing and heating work we will be using this company for all our heating plumbing and cooling needs. These guys deserve the 5 star rating and then some. Promptly responded to a request for a quote, and came in with the best estimate by far, even while evaluating all options to fix the issue, even if it didn't mean getting our business; needless to say we went with A +. They re did the entire water main in our home in a day, and were easy to work with and genuine, particularly Dave, who helped find a concrete person to work with following the plumbing work. We had them out to install a new water heater at Michiana Dental Care. They were courteous, prompt and did a great job. Will definitely be using them for our plumbing needs in the future. Edit: We had a toilet overflow on a Monday night. The guys came out and found what was plugging it up. Ended up leaking into our venting and furnace. They got a restoration company right out to clean up. They also installed our new venting and a new furnace. They had us back up and running in a week!! Definitely a great team. Highly recommended!! Through an unfortunate error of my own part (details not necessary here), I punctured the cold line to my master bathroom shower and caused leaking, and some damage to the wall / ceiling. Clearly this needed to be addressed fast. I reached out to several companies who either didn't answer, or didn't give me the time of day, and was beginning to get nervous. I found A+ via google, and gave them a call. I explained the situation, took some pictures and sent them to the team. While on the call, the representative I spoke to was able to confirm that this was something they could take care of, and would be able to today. Mind you, this was a Friday afternoon (as it always happens to be in plumbing emergencies...why can't they happen on a Tuesday at 10am?) and I had an appointment confirmed for the same day. It was expressed that the technician, Joe (more on his performance below), would be there ASAP, but was finishing a job and would likely not be there before 5pm. Joe got there as quickly as possible and was able to diagnose, and provide assistance in the problem very quickly. The water was already off, and he was able to remove a portion of the pipe that was damaged, and press fit a new piece with couplings in a really short time frame. Best part? I was quoted with the job starting after 5pm, but instead, Joe was leaving my driveway BEFORE 5pm. Joe clearly has experience, and knew what he was doing, and I believe that to be the case for the entire organization. They diagnosed my problem over the phone, and with pictures sent to them from my phone, and addressed it right away. I felt the pricing was fair for an "emergency" call, and they responded well. Truly, as odd as it sounds, I hope to never require to deal with them again (because plumbing emergencies are never fun), but if I do have a problem, they will absolutely be my first call. True to their word! Honest people with integrity, something that is hard to find these days. First time I used their service is when my home well pump burnt out on a Friday evening. Miguel Hernandez, the owner, was the only person to answer the "emergency phone line" when I called multiple plumbing services that evening. He arrived first thing Saturday morning and got us up and running for the weekend, saying he'd come back Monday morning to finish so we would not be charged the weekend rate for the entire job. Monday morning he promptly showed up and finished the job, saving me a considerable amount of money. Because of the awesome service I received, I decided to let them service our home HVAC and signed up with their yearly agreement. When fall came and temps cooled off, Carlos Garcia showed up on time and was very thorough with the furnace service. Recently we had them replace the electrical panel of our home, a job they did at a very reasonable cost. Jose Garcia showed up on time and did an excellent job. I couldn't be happier! So in all, I've had excellent plumbing, HVAC and electrical service from them and feel much safer knowing they are looking out for my well being at my home! I have to give a shout out to Cindy in their office who has been so good at working with my job schedule when setting up service appointments. I also love that they will send me an email and a text message when they are on their way to my house, so there's no wondering "when they will show", and the name of the technician who will be servicing. Cindy talked me through how to shut off my first floor restroom. She was extremely helpful. A true blessing. We were on the phone for hours. She stayed with me. She explained how to shut off the water. Told me I did have a well tank after I sent pictures. Thank you! She is a gem. The tech that came out to my home was extremely knowledgeable about septic systems. He showed me the problem areas. He gave great instructions /recommendations on how to remedy the issues. Joe? Forgot one of his tools. He also looked at two other plumbing issues and resolved both. Thank you! He too is a gem. I am very grateful for both of these people. I have a service agreement with a different company. They aren’t servicing the account. They were unresponsive to my call and text last night. I just wanted them to walk me through how to turn off the water until they could come out the next day. They didn’t respond until after 9 am. Not happy with them. They also gave me the names and phone numbers for two other plumbing companies. Neither of which were your company. Your staff offered their name. They didn’t reciprocate. Think about adding pump services. You may greatly enhance your business. I like one stop service. One company that can-do it all. Quality service. Reasonable price. last fall our furnance went out and they were out here with a new furnance in no time,so this spring our old central air wouldnt hook up to the new furnance so we had to get a new central air which had to be ordered so while we waited they let us use a portable air which was amazing being so hot. then our water heater developed a leak so we got a new one. their service and dependability is top notch! we will never use anyone else. thanks to all of you for a great job. we really appreciate your company! we will refer anyone that needs heating, cooling and plumbing to A+. Needless to say she went above and beyond my expectations when this happened. She was proactive in being the middle person between myself and the technician. We love A Plus! We won't use anyone else again. We had a mild furnace issue a couple months ago and Josh was there in a flash. He addressed the issue, AND changed our filters. They were way under what the others cost, and we friendly and informative. So yesterday we decided to call them about a leaky outdoor water spiket. If we used our hose in the summer, our guest room closet would flood. Joe came out this time, he quickly found and fixed the issue, plus put in a shut off lever so we can shut it off in the winter. THEN he noticed a crack in another pipe that could have been a disaster down the road. We had a spiket fixed last year on the opposite side of the house and it cost $150 more with the other guys. We had a great experience with these guys and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for fast and reliable service. For once, a service company showed up not only on time, but ahead of time. Luis was very friendly and knowledgeable. The owner Miguel showed up just in time to help him unload and install the water heaters. Both were very nice. We use American Home Shield for our home warranty and the first company that they sent us couldn’t be here for three days. These guys showed up within two hours and were here the next morning with the replacement. When you have a seven month old, you need hot water! Less

(After a reccomendation from another plumbing service that did not service our area) Lori, who answered the phone (very nice and friendly to speak to!), quoted approximately 10:30 AM -11:30 AM or possibly sooner for the Plumber's arrival, as he was already in our area at another customer's home. Updated 2/3/21: We used A+ again, but this time for a new furnace. The repair for our old furnace was going to be so expensive and we knew it was time to replace. Rod gave us a no-pressure quote and was easy to work with. Javier and Sam did the install and were kind and considerate and worked quickly to get our house warm again! While under new ownership since my last review, I still highly recommend this company for heating and cooking needs. This will be the first summer in the 6 years that we have lived in our house that we will not dread going upstairs! The guys (Ed and Doug) showed up exactly on time, driving a clean vehicle with great A+ graphics on it. They introduced themselves, provided me a business card, put on their shoe covers, and after listening to my issues got straight to the job. It wasn't a major issue, but something that i would not have been able to diagnose or fix on my own. They replaced my broken tank water heater with a new tankless system. A+ Plumbing has excellent customer service. They actually answer their phones, return phone calls and are friendly whereas the other plumbers that I called did not answer or return my calls. They came out within 1-2 days to assess and install the new water heater. The serviceman was very professional, friendly and answered my questions. The 2 gentlemen who came to install a new air conditioner were absolutely amazing!!! The temperature was in the high 80's plus it was humid. They worked almost 5 hours non stop, were nice and friendly, always put on booties over their shoes when going in and out, never complained about the weather or some of the difficult issues they had to deal with. The first gentleman who came to look at the old air conditioner was just as nice and well mannered and honest with us.
