Amazing experience! I went in for all four wisdom teeth extraction this morning. They helped me get my sweater on and walked me to my car. I am only about 4 hours post op and my sedation has completely worn off with no side effects, local anesthesia is still there. This is an honor to be able to leave this review.Niagara dental implant has treated me like gold. I first went to see them I want to say it's either August or September of 2022 and I was looking at possibly getting implants a full mouth. I made an appointment and winning it saw Miss Erika, Believe me she does her job very well. And in no time I was walking out there understanding the full process and a full estimate of what the process was going to cost. It was in up to me, to figure out what I wanted to do. At that time I did some financial arrangements and made arrangements to come up with the money. They also have financing if you'd like that. But since the first day I walked in the door I've been treated like a king. November 2nd I had my surgery to remove all remaining teeth that I had in my mouth and to install the implants. I was very surprised that there was no pain whatsoever after the Novocaine wore off. Head surgery on Wednesday by Saturday I was already losing stitches. They send you immediately over to East Amherst dental where you'll be working with Dr picano in your denture work. Both offices are fantastic I cannot say enough about them. They all take pictures before and dental impressions of everything you have so they can come up with the best dentures to fit you. I have been so happy with my journey it has taken some time but it's a journey well worth it now I have a full set of teeth that I can actually eat with and eat anything I want. So do yourself a favor if you're even thinking about doing dental implants then make the call you will not be disappointed. If there's any questions that you would have, I would be happy to talk with anybody that's thinking about doing dental implants. Staff made me comfortable from the moment I came through the door. Assistant bantered with me as I picked on her. When Dr. Bryan came in, she had me laughing. They also had a student join in on the procedure....kudos to you! Great to see that investment into students. Procedure was to remove one wisdom tooth and clean up another. From la la land to waking up was only like 30 minutes (at least that is what I remember). No pain from the procedure which I have to contribute to the capability of Dr. Bryan. 3 days from the procedure now and everything is fantastic. I have only taken a few advil as a precaution. Highly recommend, could not be happier with the results. Just to mention again....no pain (past results do not guarantee future performance hahaha) Less

They took excellent care of my daughter. She was very nervous about getting her wisdom teeth pulled and they put her at ease. When she was having jaw pain a little of week later they got her in to see the dentist right away. They gave her advice over the phone which helped her tremendously!! Called for an emergency appointment and Ashley was able to get me in to see the dentist the same day and the tooth was pulled the same day too thankfully! Just was in quite a bit of pain after and wasn’t given any medication besides some all natural gel but would definitely recommend this office!!
